Relationships Tab is not Showing up when Creating a New Lead

 

To resolve, kindly follow below steps as an Administrator:

1. Navigate to Customization > FormsEntry Forms.

2. Click Edit beside preferred Lead Form.

3. On the Lists tab > Relationships subtab, mark the Show checkbox for Contacts.

4. Click Save.

When user creates a new Lead using this form, user should now be able to see the Relationship tab.
