User has two online customer forms, the online customer form is set to redirect to another online customer form. On form one, the customer fills it up with his/her own information but on form 2, the customer fills it up with the information of his/her friend that he wants to refer to. The two forms have common fields. When the user fills out the first form and hits submit, the information entered on the fields on the first form are populated on the common fields on the second form. User expects blank fields when form redirects to the second form.
User should use the Redirect to URL instead of the Redirect to Form option under Set Up Workflow subtab
1. Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Form
2. View the second Online Customer Form
3. Click on External subtab
4. Copy the link on the Publishable Form URL
5. Navigate back to Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Form
6. Edit the first Online Customer Form
7. Click on Set Up Workflow subtab
8. Paste the Publishable Form URL of the second form on the Redirect to URL field
9. Save
