CSV Import > Unable to perform mapping due to browser error 'contentSrc' is null or not an object

- This error shows in any browser.

- This error shows in any user.

- This is applicable to all CSV import in NetSuite (records, entities, transaction and custom record).

Solution:

1. Open the CSV file you are trying to import.

2. Notice that in any of your header columns show excessive spaces by entering the second word in the second line, for example:

 

- If the header column's name is External ID it shows in your CSV file (in one cell) as:

 External

ID

 

3. You will have to correct this and make it show in one line/cell as External ID.
