Create a Report that Displays All Active Items with Quantity On Hand Data per Location as of a Specific Date

To create a customized report that displays all active items with quantity on hand Data per location as of a specific date, user may perform the following:

1.) Navigate to Reports>New Report>click on Quantity on Hand link.

2.) Set Metric to Quantity on Hand.

3.) Select the format of the report - set it to Matrix.

4.) Select how you want to subtotal the report: 
 a.) Component is Inventory Item
 b.) Field is Name (Grouped)

5.) Select how you want to summarize the data across columns:
 a.) Column - set it to Location

6.) Click on More Customization button.

7.) Click on Filters link.

8.) Navigate to Quantity on Hand folder> Item folder>select Inactive - set it to False.

9.) Click on More Options.

10.) Check Show Zeros box.

11.) Enter the name of the report>click Save.
