Steps to reproduce:

 

1. Go to this URL: https://manager.paypal.com 

2. Navigate to Service Settings > Fraud Protection

-Live Setup

-Edit Standard Filters

-CSC Failure = Full

-Filter Action = Review

3. The Get Authorization check box is marked True on the sales order

4. The 3 to 4 digit CSC or CVN is either incorrect or missing

5. Netsuite will have a log of the response on the Payment tab of the Sales Order
