Error "Invalid Producer Postal Code. Valid Length is 0 to 9 Alphanumeric" Occurs when Fulfilling International Order via UPS Standard Shipping Item

The error "Invalid producer postal code" is a UPS' response to NetSuite's shipping request when saving an item fulfillment. This happens if (1) Integrated Shipping Label = T, (2) Ship Via = UPS Standard and (3) item record's Manufacturing Zip Code reaches more than 9 characters. 

For example if item's Manufacturing Zip Code  is "10050-4686", UPS will not accept this because it is more than 9 characters including the hyphen (-). In cases like this just enter "10050" instead.
