Get the Account ID without going to the SuiteAnswers page.

Create a Shortcut in the Home Dashboard to access the Account ID instead of navigating to the SuiteAnswer page or use the link to get the Account ID.
 

1. Home > Dashboard.
2. Shortcuts portlet > New Shortcut.
   Note: If not available click Personalize > Standard Content > Shortcuts. 
3. Enter Account ID in Name.
4. Paste the link below in the URL field:
   https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/contactus.nl?l=T
   Note: Modify the URL based on data center used. 
5. Mark Open in New Window.
6. Click Save.
