Set Maximum Entries in Dropdowns = 0. Transactions>Employees>Enter Expense Reports>Lists>Edit a Class on Expense Report – class/department selected in the pop up does not populate in the field.

Set Maximum Entries in Dropdowns = 0. Transactions>Employees>Enter Expense Reports>Lists>Edit a Class on Expense Report – class/department selected in the pop up does not populate in the field.   

 

Note: Defect number 179796 was filed for this.  Attached below is the workaround.

 

1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
2. Go to General tab > Optimizing NetSuite section
3. Type a higher number in Maximum Entries in Dropdowns (for example type 50)
4. Click Save.
