Unexpected Error (10300) in ODBC

Using the NetSuite ODBC driver and getting a "S1000 10300 [DataDirect][ODBC OpenAccess SDK driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Unexpected error, please contact support for assistance.[10300]" error when logging in as shown below.



Possible cause is when the UserID contains capital letters in it as shown below. Make sure that the letters used in the UserID are all in small caps since it is what the ODBC accepts even though the Email address of the user has capital letters on it.
