Using the Insert Link option from the formatting toolbar

Part of the enhanced capability of the Rich Text Editor is the addition of the Insert Link option from the formatting toolbar. This allows you to create the text and indicate the link without having to manually enter the HTML code.

1. From the formatting toolbar, click on the Insert Link button



2. Enter the text, the link, and target window
     Text - words that would appear as a link
     Link - URL that the user would be directed to
    
3. Click OK to add the link
