Customer record > Support tab > click "New Case" > Does not pop up the case form so cannot create Case

When a form does not pop up, the first thing to check is the pop up blocker setup of the browser.
For most versions of Internet Explorer (IE), the notice "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here..." serves as a warning to the user.

For IE9 and some new versions of Internet Explorer, this warning does not appear, so the user is clueless if the problem is NetSuite-related or browser-related.

Steps to resolve:
1. In Internet Explorer, navigate to Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click Privacy tab.
3. Find if Turn On Pop-up Blocker box is checked/ enabled.
4. If pop up blocker is enabled, click Settings.
5. Under Filter Level, change the value to Low or Medium.
6. Click Close.
7. Click "Apply" > Ok

To test, pull a Customer record > go to Support tab> click new case.

Actual result: The case form will pop up so the user can create a new case under a Customer record.
