If the contacts are from the same company/customer, the website's shopping cart will be shared to those who have access to buying items online.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Contacts on the same company/customer
2. Give these contacts access to the website
3. Login as Contact A
4. Add items to cart
5. Logout
6. Login as Contact B
Result:
Contact B already has item added to cart by Contact A
Explanation:
Contacts do not have any separate cart logs because they share this on the same customer record only
Workaround:
Contacts can order from the My Account tab to order items individually
