Item is removed in the cart after login in a Oneworld account with Multi site

In Set up > Company > General preference > Default role for new Customer, NetSuite user can select only one customer center.

In Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and edit the Custom customer center > Subsidiaries, If Custom Customer Center role does not include the subsidiary 2, This restrict web store customers to access critical data for web site 2. It removes the items in the cart after logging in (in Web site 2).

To resolve the issue:
  1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles and edit the Custom or default Customer Center role
  2. In Subsidiaries, include Subsidiary 2  
  3. Save
