No Pop Up Warning when Changing the Exchange Rate Value on a Transaction
1. Navigate to Transactions>Sales>Enter Sales Order.
2. Look for a Multi-Currency Customer. Navigate to the Exchange Rate field and change the value then press Tab.
There should be a pop up warning message should show as:
"You have changed the exchange rate on this transaction. Click OK if you would also like to make this the new default exchange rate, or Cancel to preserve the current rate."
If this does not appear, please check the steps below.
1. Navigate to Setup>Company>Enable Features>Company.
2. Currency Exchange Rate Integration is enabled.
