OneWorld: Quantity Available from other Subsidiaries are showing on the Item Pop Up List (Search/Add Multiple)

If Item A is being used across all Subsidiary Locations. Quantity details are as follows:

1. Navigate to Transactions>Sales>Enter Sales Order.

2. Select a Customer in Subsidiary "AA".

3. Under the Items tab, click Add Multiple.

If you have the chevron arrow icon, click this and choose Search.

4. The Pop-up Item list shows us Item Name/Number, Description, Available and others.

Notice the available quantity for Item A is showing as 15.

 

Solution:

In order for users to see the right Quantity Available for Subsidiary AA, they need to select a Location first. The Location filters the total Available quantities for a specific Item.

With the current behavior of the system, it is getting Quantity Available details from Locations not Subsidiaries.
