Assets Missing on the Depreciation Schedule Report

Only assets with status = "New" or "Depreciating" are displayed on the Depreciation Schedule Report because the purpose of the report is mainly for forecasting only.

Note: Enhancement 233116 was filed to be able to show assets with Fully Depreciated status.
