Sandbox Website Redirects to the Live Site

This problem usually occurs after a Sandbox Refresh, to resolve:

1. Login to Sandbox account
2. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site
3. Edit website
4. On the Domains tab, uncheck the Primary Web Site URL for the Sandbox web site

Note: Removing the existing domain(s) is also viable 

5. Click Save

Clear browser cache or open the Sandbox web site on another tab or browser if problem persist.
