Access Adaptive Insights page within NetSuite: "Your company has not yet purchased or set up the NetSuite Financial Planning module"

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

The user email should tie up with NetSuite, otherwise the Adaptive Instance module will not work.
 

In NetSuite, the email address set on the user's employee record should be similar to what is set on Adaptive Insights's Financial Planning >Admin > Profile.
