Change the Phone Format on My Account Page

The Phone format for My Account Reference and Legacy My Account is dependent to the settings set in NetSuite Account.

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences.
   
2. Set Phone Format of choice
   
   Available options:
   • (123) 456-7890
   • 123 456 7890
   • 123-456-7890
   • 123.456.7890
   
   
3. Save changes

Note:

• To change the Preference, Adminstration role is required
• For My Account Reference, Phone Format is applied to Profile Information, Address Book and Shipping Pages.
