This is an expected system behavior per Issue 116393. NetSuite does not save the CSC information because we are not legally allowed to display this information to any other employees other than the one entering the order.
What NetSuite does is it submits this code to the credit card gateway for authorization but does not retain or save the CSC information under the saved sales order transaction for security purposes on the part of the credit cardholder. The use of CSC is primarily intended for Web Store orders where customers personally enter their CSC information.
