Customize the Message "We have no orders on file for this account." in Reference My Account

This message is displayed on the Homepage (Recent Orders) and the Order History & Returns page. To customize this message, edit the templates below:

1. recent_orders_widget_macro.txt
2. order_history.txt

Requisites:

  1. Custom My Account folder is already populated with files copied from the Reference My Account folder.
  2. Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Touch Points tab:
    Name: View Customer Center
    SSP Application: Custom My Account
Steps:
  1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
  2. To customize the message in the My Account's Home Page, navigate to Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - My Account > Custom My Account > templates > home > macros > recent_orders_widget_macro.txt. For the message in the Order History & Returns page, navigate to Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - My Account > Custom My Account > templates > order > order_history.txt.
  3. Edit the files and look for the message "We have no orders on file for this account."
  4. Replace the message with your own text.
  5. Save.

    User may need to close all browser sessions and start a new one to test if the changes have taken effect.
