The preference for Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails that is found when user navigates to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Order Management tab > Fulfillment portlet applies to all sales orders that have been fulfilled.
Some customers would want to opt out from getting this email.
Currently, NetSuite does not have a preference to limit the fulfillment emails from being sent to selected customers. A request has been filed to address such limitation and is being tracked under Enhancement # 170175.
As an alternate solution, we may remove the customer's email address in the To Be E-mailed field found in the related Sales Order since this is where the Order Fulfillment Email is actually sent.
