Item Record Displays Quantity Committed But No Sales Order Appears on the Reallocate Items Page

Items are committed until fulfilled. In this scenario, item has many sales orders that are still under Pending Fulfillment status but none appears on the Reallocate Items Page (Transactions > Inventory).

One possible cause is that there are item fulfillment transactions created from the sales order and the status is either Picked or Packed. On the Reallocate Items Page, it when the item and location is entered, this will show under the Quantity Picked field.. Until the item fulfillment is marked Shipped, the item record will continue to display committed quantities.
