Not all Japanese Characters in a Custom Text Area Field are being Printed

A. Create the Text Area field.
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields Transaction Body Fields > New.
2. Enter a LABEL (e.g. Japanese Description)
3. Set TYPE as Text Area.
4. Check the STORE VALUE field.
5. In the Applies To tab > select the target record. For example: Sale
6. Click Save.

B. Apply the created field in PDF Layout as custom element.
1. Navigate to Customization > FormsTransaction Form PDF Layouts > edit the layout assigned in the transaction form.
2. Click Add Custom Element.
3. Select the custom field created in the Choose Elemet(s) or enter the field ID in the Element Text box (e.g. {fieldID}).
4. Check WRAP TEXT box.
5. Check SHOW LABEL box.
6. Drag the custom element in the desired position.
7. Click Save.
8. Pull up any transaction > enter Japanese character in the custom field created
9. Click Save & Print button.

Actual: The Japanese characters enter in the custom field display one liner only.

To display all Japanese characters:
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > General tab > Localization section.
2. Set Language = Japanese.
3. Click Save.
