If your NetSuite for Outlook is setup to sync Phone Calls in NetSuite and when you create an event you are not seeing the option to mark it as a phone call, you will need to run through the configuration wizard and re-select the Outlook folder for each sync flow.
The client is configured to sync to different folders. There are instances when this gets out of sync for many reasons. When this happens, the client will no longer display the Phone Call button in the Outlook UI.
