Workflow logs are generated even on view mode

When a Workflow has a Trigger Type of 'Before Record Load' or 'All', The Workflow is inititated by viewing the record. Workflow logs are generated since the Workflow has been triggered. This kind of Trigger Type is commonly used when 'Add Button' actions are used on certain Workflow process. 

To get rid of the Workflow logs generated on the Workflow History tab (System Information > Workflow > Workflow History) on view mode, Change the Trigger Type from 'All' to any other Trigger Types. If you selected 'Before Record Load' as the Trigger Type, make sure you have the 'View' not selected on the Event Type select field seen just below the Trigger Type field on the Workflow Summary.
