In Address Form the Country is enabled but some countries not showing Country on entity Address field.

In Setup > Customization > Address Form, the Country field Show checkbox is enabled but customer still cannot see the country when creating entity under the following countries:
*United Arab Emirates
*United Kingdom (GB)
*United States

To solve the problem, navigate to  Setup > Company > Countries and edit the country in question and add the tag <COUNTRY> on the Address Template box and Save.
