After installing Reference My Account, users may encounter this error. This means that the Index.ssp file being detected is not the correct one or not properly setup.
To resolve this, user needs to change the precedence of the Reference My Account and Custom My Account:
1. Navigate to Setup > Customization > SSP Applications > Change Precedence.
2. Reference My Account should be first than Custom My Account. For example, Reference My Account should be number "8" and Custom My Account should be number "9".
