Saved Customer Search to Exclude Customers whose Phone Call Record has Title with keyword “XXXX”

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Customer.

2. Under Criteria > Standard, enter the following:

  • Inactive: False
  • Call: Date Completed is <preferred date range>

3. Under Criteria > Summary enter:

  • Summary Type: Sum
  • Field: Formula (Numeric)
    Description: is equal to 0
    Formula: Case when {call.title} like '%< preferred keyword >' then 1 else 0 end

4. Under Results subtab, enter the following:

  • Name
    Summary Type: Group
  • Email
    Summary Type: Maximum

  • Phone
    Summary Type: Maximum

  • Sales Rep
    Summary Type: Maximum

  • Category
    Summary Type: Maximum

  • Price Level
    Summary Type: Maximum

Note: Users can add or remove fields depending on preference.

5. Enter a Search Title.

6. Click Save.
