Unable to mark Show List When Only One Result preference

Navigate to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics tab > Search section, Show List When Only One Result preference is currently disabled.

To resolve, take the following steps:

1.    Using an Administrator role, navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences.

2.    Under Overriding Preferences tab, mark the Allow Override button for Show List When Only One Result.

3.    Click Save.
