This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.
Adaptive Insights > Admin > Edit Users > User is Expired.
Depending on the settings made, a User's password may expire. This setting can be checked by going to Admin > System > General Setup > Password Management.
When a user has an expired password and they try to login using the expired password, they will be routed to the Change Password page. This page will require them to change their password and will not be able to access any other page from Adaptive Insights until the password is changed.
If a password is expired and the user tries to log in but could not remember their password, they would need to contact an Administrator of the account and request for a password reset as they would not be able to use the Forgot your password? link.
