Case Saved Search > Count of Interactions per Case Record

1. Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Click on Case.

3. Results tab:
  • Number (Summary Type = Group)
  • Internal ID (Summary Type = Group)
  • Messages fields...: Internal ID (Summary Type = Count)      
4. Enter a Search Title.
5. Set to Public.
6. Click Save & Run.
