Both Direct Debit and EFT Customer Refund Payment checkboxes appear by default on the Standard Customer Form whenever Electronic Payment Bundle is installed.
If these checkboxes are missing on the Customer record, users may consider checking if a custom Customer Form is used and make sure the fields are set to show on the form following these steps:
1. Edit the Custom Form in use.
2. Navigate to Fields tab > Bank Payment Details (Debit) sub tab > mark Show checkbox for Direct Debit.
3. Navigate to Fields tab > Bank Payment Details (Credit) sub tab > mark Show checkbox for EFT Customer Refund Payment.
