Users may only add new values (Customer Categories like wholesale or retail) under the Customer Dimension. To do this, perform the following steps:
1. Create a New Dimension first at Admin > Build and Customize Model > Define Dimensions.
2. Pull up the NetSuite Category Configuration page by going to Planning > Export > NetSuite Category Configuration.
3. Select the Customer Category from the Customer field.
This allows users to plan by Customer Category through the use of Adaptive Planning. Note that currently, the ability to add more NetSuite Categories under the NetSuite Import Configuration is not yet available.
