To adjust height of the Text Box on your Online Case Form.
The height of text box for a Custom (CRM) Field exposed on an Online Case Form depends on how it was configured. The height of Custom Fields can only be adjusted for the following Custom Field Types:
- Long Text
- Rich Text
- Text Area
To specify Height of these Custom Field Types, open the Custom Field (Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > CRM Fields) in Edit mode. In the Display tab of the Custom Field, enter value for Width and Height.
Note: The Width setting in the online case form takes precedence over the Width setting display of the custom field. To adjust how wide the custom field displays in the online form, enter the width value in the online case form (Setup > Support > Online Case Forms).
