Unable to Save a New Campaign Email Address: "This record already exists."

To confirm if the email address has been set up as a campaign address:

1. Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Email Addresses.

2. Mark the Show Inactives checkbox.

3. Verify if the email address was already set up.

Note: NetSuite still verifies duplicates even if the campaign email address is set to Private or Inactive.
