Number of Accounts is incomplete when viewing Accounts Table

When customer runs the following query:

Select * from Accounts

The number of rows returned is not equal to the total number of Accounts that he sees in NetSuite using the same role.

 

Solution:

Customer needs to add all Account Register to the custom Role, in order for ODBC to return the complete list of Accounts. This can be added via:

Edit Custom Role record> Permissions Tab> Lists Subtab
