Users can specify the width of their web site and have it centered.
To align standard web store in center position:
1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > edit Web Site > Appearance tab
2. Under the Page/Fonts category, change Page Width to 1000px (or desired web site width)
3. Change the Page Alignment field to Align Center
Note: It is a good practice to test this using different web browsers.
