Option to Create New Opportunity, Estimate, Sales Order, Invoice, and Cash Sale is not available in the Create New Bar of a Customer Record.
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Edit the Preferred Customer Form.
3. In the Subtabs tab, make sure the Sales tab is checked to Show.
4. Click the Lists tab > Sales subtab.
5. Make sure that Opportunities and Transactions are set to Show.
6. Click Save.
7. Go back to the Customer record and confirm if the option to create new Opportunity, Estimate, Sales Order, Invoice, and Cash Sale will now be available.
