Effect of Unapproving an employee's time entry already paid via payroll:
The system removes all unapproved time from the Time tab of the employee's paycheck but will still show under the Summary tab. This means that the system still considered the time as paid in Payroll.
Effect of re-approving the unapproved time entries:
Once the Status of the Unapproved time was changed back to Approved, the system will then add the hours back to the employee's paycheck under the Time tab and will not show up as unpaid in the current payroll run.
