Auto Delete Completed Activities (Task, Phone Call, Event)


The option to have the system delete events, tasks or phone calls instantly when marked as Completed is not yet available in NetSuite.

However, user can schedule a daily Mass Update to delete these activities. To set the mass update criteria, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates.
     2. Expand Activities.
     3. Select the Action (e.g. Delete Events).
     4. Provide a Title of Action.
     5. In the Criteria tab, set filter to Status is Completed.
     6. In the Schedule tab, check the Run Update According To Schedule checkbox.
     7. Select a Schedule (e.g. Daily).
     8. Click Save.
