Customize the default Case sublist view to add another column that is an active link to open the file attached to the message. To add this customized link on Case sublist view, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to List > Support > Cases. Click on View to open one of the Cases.
2. On the Communication tab > Messages subtab, click the Customize View button.
3. Click on More Options button.
4. On the Results tab, add a field Formula(Text).
5. On the Formula field, copy and paste the formula below:
6. Click Save.
To apply this, when users view a Case, change the Default Case view to use this Search created. Once users change the sublist view, a new column is added with a View link that users can use to open the attachment on the Case.
