Custom Option is Not Available in the Price Level Dropdown List of a Line Item in a Transaction

When entering a transaction (e.g. Sales Order), Custom is not available in the Price Level drop-down list of a line item.

To resolve this, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
     2. Edit the preferred form for the transaction type (e.g. Sales Order).
     3. Click the Screen Fields tab.
     4. Under Columns subtab, check Show for the Rate field.
     5. Click Save.
