Custom Role is Missing from the Choose Role Page

1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees
2. View the record of the employee having this issue
3. Under Accesstab > Roles subtab click the nameof the role.
4. In the Role page, make sure WebServices Only role and SingleSign-on Only checkboxes are unchecked.  

Note:
This role prohibits a UI user from accessing thesystem with permissions and privileges that are created specifically for Webservices development and single sign-on feature.
