Support Manager Role is Missing from the Manage Roles Page


Users may notice that the Support Manager role is missing from the Manage Roles page even if they log in as an Administrator and mark the Show Inactives checkbox.

To resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
2. Click the CRM tab.
3. Under Basic Features, mark Customer Support and Service.
4. Click Save.
5. Go back to the list of roles (Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles) and the standard Support Manager role should now be available.
