Custom Search that Tracks Shopping Cart Abandonment of Registered Web Store Customers

The steps below will create a search that will track how many times registered customers placed items in their shopping carts but did not complete checkout.

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches> New.
2. Click the Shopping Cart link.
3. At the Criteria tab,  add the SubTotal filter and set it to Not empty or Greater than 0
3. At the Results tab, add the following fields:

  • Shopper: Name
  • Shopper: Email
  • Days Old
  • Items In Cart
  • Sub-Total Amount
  • Date Created
  • Date Last Item Added

4. Click Save & Run
Note: To get the same results in a saved customer search, just select the Shopping Cart fields filter.

Note: This has been filed as Enhancement 181431 - Reports > Web Presence > Standard/Customized Shopping Cart Abandonment > Customer field is not available.
