This error occurs if the name of the employee in the CSV file does not match the Employee ID in NetSuite.
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
1. In NetSuite, perform a global search for the name that appears on the error message, [First Name] [Last Name].
Note: You can also Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees to locate the employee record.
2. View the Employee record and copy the full Employee ID.
3. Open the CSV file.
4. Locate the Manager column.
5. Replace the name of the employee with the Employee ID copied from NetSuite.
6. Save the CSV file.
7. Run the import process again using the updated CSV file.
