Export Reports to Microsoft Excel throws error "There was a problem sending a command to the program"

Microsoft Excel 2010
1. Click the File tab, and then click Options.
2. Click Advanced, and then click to clear theIgnore other applications check box in the General area.
3. Click OK.

MicrosoftOffice Excel 2007
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and thenclick Excel Options.
2. Click Advanced, and then click to clear theIgnore other applications check box in the General area.
3. Click OK.

MicrosoftOffice Excel 2003 or earlier versions of Excel
1. Click Options, on the Tools menu.
2. Click the General tab.
