1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence > Website and Advanced Web Reports > unmark both features.
3. Under CRM > Marketing > unmark Online Forms feature.
2. Click Save
Note: The Marketing tab is managed by the three features. These needs to be disabled to remove the Marketing tab in the external customer form.
The user cannot move the tab nor the fields associated to it because the Marketing tab is not exposed in the external form.
