OneWorld: OneWorld: Social Security Number Field Displays differentField Label when Editing Employee Record

 

Question:

Setting:
1. OneWorld: Customization > Forms > Entry Forms > Customize Standard Employee Form > Fields > Human Resources tab, Description=Social Security with Label=Social Security
2. Save the custom employee form without changing anything
3. Lists > Employees > Employees > New > Human Resources tab > Label shows Social Security Number
4. Go to Info tab > select Subsidiary value (e.g.) Australia > then go back to Human Resources tab


Actual Result:
Social Security Number shows label as NI No.
 

Answer:

Social Security Number changes automatically based on the country selected under Subsidiary field.  Please see another sample below:
